Background

In mid-November, Henan Shunwei Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. received an order from a Jamaican client. The client, involved in the food business, needed effective storage solutions for fresh and frozen goods.

Our Solution

We designed and supplied two customized small-scale cold storage units, a fresh-keeping cold storage and a freezer cold storage. The fresh-keeping one was equipped with advanced temperature and humidity control systems to maintain produce freshness. The freezer cold storage was engineered to reach and sustain ultra-low temperatures for frozen products.

Execution

Due to their small size, the finished cold storage units were manufactured at our factory and shipped to the client in Jamaica via container. Our team provided remote support, offering online installation guides, startup instructions, and operation/maintenance tutorials.

Results

The cold storage units have significantly enhanced the client's storage capacity. The fresh-keeping cold storage extends the shelf life of perishables, while the freezer cold storage meets the demand for frozen goods storage. The energy-efficient design also cuts down operating costs. The client is highly satisfied, and we look forward to future collaborations.
